摘　　要：电子政务是政府提升履职能力和水平的重要途径,是深化行政管理体制改革和建设人民满意的服务性政府的重要手段。随着信息科学技术的发展与进步,电子监察系统逐渐成为电子政务中重要的环节,应用于我国政府行政所涉及的权力运行制度系统、公共资源交易系统、行政绩效管理系统、行政权力电子监察系统和民意诉求反馈等领域,加强对公共权力的监管,减少政府的寻租机率,促进公共权力在阳光下运行。The E-government is an important way for the government to improve their capability and level of service, is an important mean for government to deepen the reform of the administrative system and to construct the service government people satisfy. With the development and progress of information technology, the electronic monitoring system has gradually become an important part of e-government, applied to public resources trading power operating system, our government administration system, the administrative performance management system, the administrative supervision of power system and the public demand feedback and other fields, to strengthen the supervision of the public power, reduce the rent-seeking probability of the government, promote public power in the sun.
