摘　　要：文章以赫兹伯格的双因素理论为视角,从保健因素和激励因素两方面分析了我国高校教师激励管理中存在的问题,并提出了依据赫兹伯格的双因素理论提高高校教师积极性的有效措施。Based on the dual factors theory of Hz Berg', from two aspects of health factors and incentive factors to analyze the existing problems in the management of college teacher motivation in China, and put forward the effective measures based on the dual factors theory of Hertz Berg to improve the enthusiasm of the teachers in colleges and universities.
