摘　　要：用科学发展观的重要思想提升大学生的学习和大学学生组织的工作状况,是高校落实精神的重要方面。本文探讨如何把科学发展观的思想原则、目标要求和方法与大学生学习和工作的具体实践相结合,使党的最新理论成果融入大学生的生活实际,并对训练培养统筹兼顾能力的方法作了具体探讨。The major aspect of tertiary education currently is how to improve the state of students’ learning and working through the Scientific Outlook on Development.This paper discusses how to practice the principles,aims and methods of the Scientific Outlook on Development and link the new theory with the reality.The paper also emphasizes on the overall consideration ability which the students are needed to be trained and obtained in their studies and lives.
