高校辅导员队伍专业化发展存在的问题和对策研究

摘　　要：高校辅导员是大学生思想教育最直接的引导者,要承担大学生的日常行为教育,心理健康教育,社会实践教育等一系列工作,地位非常重要,所以加强高校辅导员队伍专业化建设已成为各高校发展过程的一项重要任务,也成为高校培养高质量创新型复合人才的有力抓手。本文对当前大学辅导员队伍的现状及存在问题进行了深入分析,对进一步加强辅导员专业化发展和建设提出合理建议。College counselors is the most direct guider of the ideological education of college students,bear daily behavior education of college students,psychological health education,the education of social practice and a series of works,position is very important,so it has become an important task during the development of colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of the professional college counselors,has also become a powerful measure to culture the innovative talents with high quality in colleges and universities.The paper analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of university counselor team,and put forward reasonable suggestions on strengthening counselor professional development and construction.
