摘　　要：针对当代大学生面临各种压力所表现出来的挫折承受情况,本文提出通过开展大学生逆商教育的方式加以有效地改善,并分析高校中逆商培养的难点和对策。Based on the frustration tolerance of contemporary college students to face a variety of pressure,the paper proposes to effectively improve the students’ adversity quotient education mode,and analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures of adversity quotient education in colleges and universities.
