摘　　要：高校宣传思想工作主要承担着理论武装、舆论引导、理论研究、精神塑造、文化建设等职能,总结和提炼党的四代领导人的宣传思想精髓对于高校宣传思想工作具有重要的指导意义。新形势下高校应当在党中央关于宣传思想工作的总体要求下,牢记高校宣传思想工作的使命,确保高校宣传思想工作的方向,完成高校宣传思想工作的任务,为高校的改革和发展提供强大的思想保证、精神动力和智力支持。The propaganda and ideological work is mainly responsible for the theory arms, guiding public opinion, theory research, spirit shaping, culture construction and other functions, sums up and refines that the four generation leaders of the CCP propaganda ideological essence has an important guiding significance for the propaganda of ideology in colleges and universities. Under the new situation universities should be in the Party Central Committee General on propaganda ideological work requirements, bearing in mind the university propaganda work mission, to ensure that the university propaganda work direction, completes the university propaganda work, to provide a powerful ideological guarantee, spiritual motivation and intellectual support for the reform and development of colleges and universities.
