信息技术革命背景下馆藏文献的供求矛盾分析

摘　　要：本文从经费、利用率、服务理念、等方面分析了馆藏文献建设过程中供给与需求间存在的结构性矛盾,并建议从准确把握读者需求与馆藏品质关系、正确处理馆藏文献数量、质量和结构的关系、提高文献资源的利用率、多样化配置文献资源载体、不断提高图书馆管理与服务人员专业素质等方面求解这一结构性矛盾。In this paper, from the aspects of funds utilization, service concept, to analyze the structural contradiction of supply and demand of the construction of literature, suggests that from accurately grasping the relationship of readers’ needs and collection quality, correctly handle the collection literature quantity, the relationship of quality and structure, improve the utilization of the literature resources, diverse distribution of literature resource carrier, continuously improve the library management and service staff of professional quality, solving the structural contradiction.
