摘　　要：本文从加强学生党支部书记培养的现实重大意义谈起,指出目前学生党支部书记队伍存在职责不清、方式单一、理论匮乏等问题,学生党支部书记应明确职责、加强培训、提高素质,提高其责任意识和创新意识,健全考核激励等保障机制体系。In this paper, starting from the realistic significance of strengthening the Party branch secretary of students, points out the existing problems of unclear responsibilities, single mode, lack of theory, student Party branch secretary should clear responsibilities, strengthen training, improve quality, enhance their sense of responsibility and sense of innovation, improve the incentive and guarantee mechanism system.
