旅游经济与安全保障体系——基于浙江省的分析

摘　　要：旅游业的跨越发展,极大地拉动了我国经济增长,旅游安全得到各级政府和社会的重视,文章就旅游安全状况进行分析并就存在问题提出建议。建议完善浙江省旅游安全保障体系,提出旅游救援体系的构建应由政府主导、社会力量参与,并要提高旅游者保险意识和推进旅行社责任保险统保示范项目来构建浙江省旅游保险体系。Tourism span development, greatly stimulated the growth of our country economy, tourism safety protection has become the important factors of the tourism activities in normal and healthy development of tourism industry. This paper analyzes the Zhejiang tourism safety regulations system, tourism destination, tourism risk warning system of emergency system, tourist rescue system, insurance system present situation, and some existing problems suggestions. The suggestion of tourism safety laws and regulations, the establishment of Zhejiang province tourism security early warning index system, puts forward constructing tourist rescue system by governmental dominant, social participation, and to improve the tourist insurance awareness and promote the travel agency liability insurance demonstration project to build Zhejiang province tourism insurance system.
