摘　　要：高校科研管理模式经历了一个由行政主导型科研管理模式到服务型科研管理模式、再到前瞻引领型科研管理模式的转化过程。作为当代高校科研管理发展的新趋势、新取向,前瞻引领型科研管理模式的创新性体现在观念创新、体制机制创新和实践创新,其实现路径应以观念创新为先导,以体制机制创新为基础,以实践创新为支撑。The scientific research management mode of university experience the transformation process from administrative leading scientific research management model to the service of scientific management mode, and then to the prospective leading scientific research management mode. As a new trend, the new orientation of contemporary scientific research management in universities, innovation prospective leading scientific research management mode embodies in the idea innovation, mechanism innovation and practical innovation, the path should be based on the concept of innovation, system innovation as the foundation, with the support of innovation practice.
