摘 要:四网协同的提出最初是应对移动互联网数据业务的高速增长,更重要的是搭建面向移动互联网流量经营总体布局的基础性工作。面向流量经营的四网协同会对运营企业在规划、管理上带来一些转变。基于长期对四网协同研究的深刻认识给出应对思路,并提出一种基于多网分流的四网协同规划管理方法,最后对如何做好面向流量经营四网协同的相关工作进行了归纳总结。Network collaboration was initially proposed to cope with the mobile Internet data traffic growth.More important,network collaboration would build the foundation for mobile traffic operation.We believe that the traffic operation-oriented traffic collaboration will bring some changes to the network planning management.This article starting from the background of the new situation caused by the network collaboration,we will give some response ideas based on our long-term research and deep understanding toward network collaboration and propose a multi-network flow optimization oriented network collaborative planning and management methods,and finally we will summarize our ideas on how to conduct the works toward traffic operation oriented network collaboration.
