摘 要:本文对挤压机前梁铸件充型过程进行分析,设计合理的阶梯式浇注系统,并采用数值模拟和水力学计算两种方法对挤压机前梁铸件充型过程进行分析。首先,根据挤压机前梁铸件的尺寸形状,设计出合理的阶梯式浇注系统。然后,利用有限元软件PROCAST对初始工艺方案的流动场进行模拟分析,并对初始工艺方案进行优化改进,同时对优化后的工艺方案进行流动场的数值模拟。最后,对初始工艺方案和优化工艺方案建立水力学模型,并对两种工艺方案下的钢液流动状态进行分析。通过分析验证,优化工艺方案下铸件充型过程平稳,不易产生缺陷。In this paper, the extrusion machine front beam casting filling process was analyzed, a reasonable step gating system was designed, and using numerical simulation and hydraulics calculation of two kinds of methods analyzed extruder front beam casting filling process. First of all, according to the shape of the size of the beam casting, designed a reasonable step gating system. Then, using the finite element software PROCAST to simulate the flow field analysis of the initial process, and optimized the initial process improvement, At the same time, simulated the flow field of optimized process solutions. Finally, hydraulics models of the initial process and the optimization process were built, and analyzed the two kinds of process of liquid steel flow state. Analysis showed that the optimal casting filling process was smooth, not easily produced defects.
