摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症和主要致残因素之一。因此有必要就近五年来针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的相关临床研究报道进行综述，包括单纯针刺、穴位注射等单一疗法，针药并用、电针配合耳穴等综合疗法，主要从临床治疗方面阐述针灸治疗本病的确切疗效，提示针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有广阔前景，值得临床推广应用，并提出存在问题及改进意见。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of common chronic complications of diabetes , and one of the major causes of disability. This article summarized the relevant clinical studies about the acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy reported in past five years, including simple acupuncture, acupuncture point injection, acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine and electro-acupuncture with the auricular and other integrated therapies. The effects of acupuncture in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy were mainly reviewed from the clinical treatment. The review suggests the broad prospects and further clinical applications of acupunc ture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and puts forward the existing problems and suggestions for improvement.
