摘　　要：针灸是一种"内病外治"的医术,长期以来,以其特色及优势在诊疗临床常见病、多发病方面发挥着重要作用。通过不同针具的特色组合治疗,除对世界卫生组织(WHO)提出的五种针灸治疗优势病种取得显著疗效外,还对其他临床常见病发挥着很好的治疗作用,其操作方法简便易行,医疗费用经济合理,具有独特的优势和显著的疗效,受到患者的信赖。选用不同针具的组合方法治疗优势病种的疗效远远超过单纯使用普通毫针,值得推广。Acupuncture is a therapy that“external treatment is used for internal diseases”. For a long time,acupuncture therapy plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of common ailments and frequently-occurring diseases with its characteristics and advantages. Using different needle combinations, acupuncture therapy shows notable curative effects on clinical common diseases,in addition to the five kinds of acupuncture-suitable diseases proposed by the world health organization(WHO). Acupuncture treatment is simple,economical,and the cost of medical expense is reasonable. This therapy has unique advantages and significant effects and is trusted by patients. The different needle combinations are more effective in the dominant diseases than that of filiform needles. This combination therapy should be promoted.
