摘 要:采用HCS-878F型高频红外碳硫分析仪,探讨了LiH中碳含量测定的可行性,并进行了加热温度、助熔剂种类及用量、取样量等条件实验研究。实验表明:利用样品燃烧过程中功率分时增加的优点,使样品中的氢气缓释,阻止了爆鸣。通过在分析气流气路上加装一氧化碳转化二氧化碳装置,消除了因大量氢气释放对测量结果的影响,实现了轻材料中碳含量的快速测定,提高了测量结果的准确性和精确度。在样品取样量约为30mg,碳含量为500~3 000μg/g时,相对标准不确定度优于10%,碳酸锂标准加入到LiH中的碳回收率为91%~108%。The determination of carbon content in LiH was studied with HCS-878F high-frequency infrared C-S measurer. Various experiment conditions such as heating temperature, type and dosage of flux and sampling amount were studied. The results show that hydrogen in the example can be released during burning by increasing the power of the instrument step by step without fulmination. To avoid the influence of hydrogen released on the result of determination, a device for translating CO into CO2 was installed in the gas road, so the carbon content in the sample can be determined quickly with better accuracy and precision. For sampling amount about 30 mg and carbon content of 500-3000 μg/g, the relative standard uncertainty is less than 10%, and the recovery of carbon is 91%-108%.
