摘 要:苏里格西区气井出水已严重影响到气井的正常生产,主要原因是单井出水规律不明,制定出来的排水措施不合理,实施效果差。而苏里格气田简约化采输模式又使得单井产水量的获取十分困难,无单井产水量就无法判断出水规律,因此必须寻求新方法解决这一难题。根据岩心分析、完井测试以及生产数据等资料,从渗流力学和采油工程角度出发,以气水两相渗流理论为基础并辅以pipesim软件,建立新的预测产水量方法。将该方法得到的产水量和3口生产井干管导出水量对比分析,相对误差在13%以内,表明该出水预测方法较准确,可以用来分析西区致密砂岩气藏气井出水规律,优化该区出水气井排水措施。The gas wells' yielding water has greatly affected their normal production in Western part of Sulige gas field.The main reason is lacking yielding water disciplines for gas wells.As a result,no proper drainage mesasures can be made to solve the problem.Besides,it will be very difficult to get the yield of single well because of the field's simplified mining transport mode.Without single well water production,yielding water disciplines for gas wells will not be determined,it is necessary to seek new ideas and new ways to solve this problem.A new method for predicting yielding water of single wells,which is based on air-water two phase flow,core analysis,completion tests,production dates,and so on,is established.By comparing the water productions,acquired by the new method,with three corresponding single well's main pipe derived water productions,it is found that the relative error is within 13%,which shows that the new method is accurate and reliable and can be used to predict the water production for gas wells in western part of Sulige gas field.
