摘　　要：热轧带钢卷取过程是一个复杂的动态工艺过程,卷取过程中卷筒上的钢卷卷径随时都在发生变化,导致卷筒的状态也在跟随变化。卷取机设计选型需要获取卷筒的动态负荷,利用开发的卷筒动态负荷模拟计算程序对卷取过程进行了模拟计算,计算结果和生产实际情况吻合较好。Hot rolling strip coiling process is a complicated dynamic process.In coiling process,diameter of coil increases frequently,so state of coiler also varies.In designing coiler,it is important to gain coiler dynamic load,coiler dynamic load computing is described in this paper.Some strip coiling is dynamic simulated by coiler load computing software,result is identical with fact producing data.
