摘 要:在石油开发过程中,大功率超声能够有效地对堵塞的渗透层进行解堵,提高地层的渗透性,增加注水井的注水能力或采油井的产液量,提高原油产量。系统以STM32单片机为核心,产生大功率超声需要的两路间歇式控制信号。这两路信号的相位差为180°,"死区时间"均为3μs,控制大功率超声电源中的IGBT驱动电路。将该控制电路接入大功率超声系统后,大功率超声系统能正常工作,设备运行稳定,能基本满足工业应用的要求。In oil extraction process, high-power ultrasound can effectively unblock permeable bed, improve stratum’s permeability, increase the injection rate of water-injection well or the liquid yield of oil well, and therefore raise the production of petroleum. In this oil extraction system, the STM32 single-chip is taken as the core device to generate two intermittent control signals for the operation of a high-power ultrasonic source. These two signals, of which the phase difference is 180°and the dead time is 3μ , control the IGBT driving circuit in high-power ultrasonic source. It is shown that by connecting the control circuit to this high-power ultrasonic source, the whole system works well, and so the system can basically satisfy the demand of industrial application.
