调律滴丸制备工艺研究

摘  要:目的:确立调律滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以基质种类、药物与基质配比、药液温度、冷凝液温度作为考察因素进行正交试验,用3个指标评定工艺的优劣。结果:最佳制备工艺条件为:以PEG 4000为基质,药物与基质配比为1:2.5,药液温度为85℃,冷凝液温度为12℃~14℃。结论:优选得到的工艺简便易行,有良好的重现性和可操作性。Objective:To establish the optimized preparation process of Tiaolv guttate pills. Methods:Orthogonal design was applied. Using the kind of base,ratio between drug and base,the tem-perature of drug solution and the temperature of condensate liquid as affecting factors, the orthogonal test was conducted, to assess the preparation process good or bad in the three indexes. Results:The optimized preparation process was as follows:PEG 4000 was optimal bases,ratio between drug and base was 1 : 2. 5,the temperature of drug solution was 85℃,the temperature of condensate liquid was 12℃~14℃. Conclusion:The optimized preparation process is simple and practicable,with good reproduc-ibility.
