摘 要:应用ISSR分子标记技术,对收集自我国北方4省区的20份马蔺种质材料进行遗传多样性分析,结果显示,利用筛选出的多态性强、重复性好的14条ISSR引物,共扩增出303条带,其中241条带呈多态性,多态性位点百分率为77.29%。遗传相似系数(GS)为0.340 2~0.824 7,分布幅度较广,遗传多样性丰富。利用非加权算术平均法(UPGMA)进行聚类,当GS为0.587 6时,可将20份马蔺种质材料划分为3个类群。主成分分析(PCA)的结果与UPGMA聚类分析结果一致,表明20份马蔺种质材料的遗传距离与其野生分布的地理距离存在较密切相关关系。Genetic diversity of 20 Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis ( Fisch.) Koidz.,which were collected from 4 provinces or autonomous regions in northern China ,was analyzed using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) meth-od.303 bands were amplified by 14 screened polymorphic primers ,of which 241 bands were polymorphic .Percent-age of polymorphic bands ( PPB ) was about 77 .29%.The range of the genetic similarity coefficient ( GS ) value was 0.340 2~0.824 7 and showed larger scale of distribution ,and showed further that they have the rich genetic diversity.20 accessions of I.lactea were divided into 3 groups at 0.587 6 of GS value using the unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means ( UPGMA) .The results obtained from UPGMA were consisted with the princi-pal component analysis ( PCA) ,and indicated that the genetic distance of 20 accessions of I.lactea was correlated with the geographical distance .
