摘 要:为研究镉污染下,不同生态型小飞蓬对酸樱桃镉积累及土壤酶活性的影响,通过盆栽试验研究了2类生态型(矿山生态型和非矿山生态型)小飞蓬与酸樱桃混种对2类植物生物量、镉含量及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,与矿山生态型和非矿山生态型小飞蓬混种的酸樱桃地上部生物量分别较单种降低了31.92%和34.62%,根系生物量较单种分别降低了42.47%和33.33%;地上部镉含量分别比单种下降35.42%和44.44%,根系的镉含量分别比单种下降17.01%和28.70%。2种混种方式均使土壤有效镉含量、土壤过氧化氢酶活性、土壤脲酶活性较各自单种有所增加,土壤蔗糖酶活性有所下降。因此,2种不同生态型小飞蓬混种酸樱桃,虽然使酸樱桃生长受到一定抑制,但对土壤微生物环境有一定改善效果,且能有效降低酸樱桃对镉的吸收,其中以混种矿山生态型小飞蓬的效果更好。To study the effects of different ecotypes of Conyza canadensis on cadmium ( Cd ) accumulation of sour cherry and soil enzyme activity ,the pot experiment was adopted to study the effects of intercropping two eco-types(Mining and non-mining ecotype) of Conyza canadensis and sour cherry on their biomass,Cd content and soil enzyme activity .The results showed that , sour cherry intercropping with mining or non-mining ecotype of Conyza canadensis,the shoot biomass were respectively decreased by 31.92%and 34.62%than the monoculture,the root biomass were respectively decreased by 42 .47%and 33 .33%than the monoculture;the Cd content in shoot were respectively decreased by 35 .42%and 44 .44%than the monoculture ,the Cd content in root respectively decreased 17 .01%and 28 .70%than the monoculture .The soil available Cd content ,soil catalase activity ,soil urease activity were respectively increased than the monoculture in both two kinds of intercropping methods ,but the soil sucrase ac-tivity was decreased .Therefore ,two different ecotypes of Conyza canadensis intercropping with sour cherry ,although lead to the sour cherry growth had been inhibited ,they improved the soil microbial environment to some extent ,and could reduce the Cd absorbed by sour cherry effectively ,and mining ecotype of Conyza canadensis intercropping with sour cherry had a better effect .
