药物对 HIV/AIDS 肺部感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨中医辨证治疗联合头孢曲松钠治疗HIV/AIDS肺部感染患者的临床疗效。方法选择2009年4月至2011年3月商丘市第一人民医院分院收治的 HIV/AIDS 肺部感染患者141例，将其按随机数字表法分为两组，对照组47例，给予头孢曲松钠2.0 g 静脉点滴，2次/d；试验组94例，在对照组治疗基础上进行中医辨证治疗，以清肺化痰、止咳平喘、健脾培元为主，采用咳喘康微丸3 g 口服治疗，3次/d。两组疗程4周，比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果胸闷、咳嗽、喘息症状在治疗0、28 d 后，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），提示中医药能改善临床症状，特别是在改善咳嗽、气喘等方面有较好优势。结论中药联合抗生素治疗 HIV/AIDS 肺部感染效果好,且优于单独使用抗生素效果，能明显改善临床症状,减轻患者的经济负担及长期住院和药物的副作用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM therapy combined with ceftriaxone treating HIV/AIDS patients with pulmonary infection. Methods From April 2009 to March 2011, 141 cases of HIV/AIDS patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into two groups in the Shangqiu First People''s Hospital Branch. The control group (47 cases) patients were given ceftriaxone 2.0 g intravenously, 2 times one day. The experimental group (94 cases) patients were given TCM therapy on the basis of conventional therapy, We used Kechuankang pellets 3 g orally, 3 times one day, to clear the lungs phlegm, relieve cough and asthma, train spleen element. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in two groups, then the clinical efficacy were compared. Results 0 days, 28 days later, the treatment group was better than the control group in chest tightness, coughing and wheezing(P<0.05), The results suggested that TCM can obviously improve the coughing, wheezing and other symptoms. Conclusion TCM therapy combined with antibiotics has good clinical efficacy in HIV/AIDS patients with pulmonary infection, can obviously improve the symptoms, reduce the financial burden of patients and side effects of medication.
