摘　　要：目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症患者外周血 CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性 T 细胞（CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg）的表达及意义。方法选择2012年10月至2013年9月云南省第一人民医院收治的65例子宫内膜异位症患者、30例子宫肌瘤患者及20例健康体检者，应用流式细胞仪检测3组的外周血 CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg 百分率，并进行比较。结果子宫内膜异位症组患者外周血中的 CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg 占 CD4+ T 淋巴细胞的比例显著高于子宫肌瘤组患者及健康体检者，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）；而子宫肌瘤患者与健康体检者外周血中的 CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg 占 CD4+ T 淋巴细胞的比例差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg 在子宫内膜异位症患者外周血中的表达显著增加，明显高于非子宫内膜异位症患者，提示机体免疫异常与子宫内膜异位症的发生存在密切关系。Objective ToinvestigatetheexpressionsandmeaningoftheCD4+CD25+FoxP3+regulatory T cell (CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg) in the peripheral blood from the endometriosis patients. Methods From October 2012 to September 2013, there were 65 patients, who were diagnosed as endometriosis to be the targeted-trial group, 30 patients with hysteromyoma and 20 healthy patients in the First People''s Hospital of Yunnan Province, to compare the percentage of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg in the peripheral blood through the flow cytometry tests. Results The percentage of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg in the CD4+T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood from the endometriosis patients was much higher than that from the healthy patients and the hysteromyoma patients. This difference had statistical significance (P<0.001); However, the percentage of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg in the CD4+T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood from the hysteromyoma patients and the healthy patients had a slight difference, this difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg in the peripheral blood from the endometriosis patients were increased and much higher than the non-endometriosis patients. The dysimmunity has a close relationship with endometriosis.
