摘  要:通过对山西省5个不同地区的苹果主产区果园土壤和果实品质取样调查研究,比较和分析了该产区15个15~20年生富士果园的果实矿质营养状况。结合土壤营养状况,综合评价山西省果实品质与土壤营养状况的相关性,同时比较了这5个地区果品的品质质量,并评价了不同年龄阶层的人群对果实的外观、口感和风味等果品综合消费指标。结果表明,这些地区均需要通过栽培措施,降低土壤的pH值以增加矿物质的有效吸收。土壤中矿质元素与果实中的矿质养分都是正相关,相关性大小依次为有效钾>有效磷>有效锌>有效铁>有效硼>全氮>有效钙,并且5个地区果实品质以翼城地区的最好,其花青苷含量和综合评分均最高。Apple orchards of five different districts in Shanxi Province used sampling investigation and study in this research.This reasearch consists of comparison and analysis of 15to 20years of fifteen Fuji apple orchards fruit mineral nutrition.The comprehensive evaluation of the correlation of the fruit quality and soil nutrition in this area was combined with the soil nurtrition,and the differences of the five area's fruit quality were compared meanwhile.At the same time people with different ages evaluated apples which came from these five districts and scored according to the indexes including appearance,taste and flavor.The nutrient conditions of soil and fruits in local areas were known and analyzed.The results showed that some cultivation measures should be adopted to reduce pH of soil,to increase the effective absorption of minerals.Minerals and other elements in soil nutrients were positively related with nutrients of fruits.And the order of relations was effective Potassium> effective Phosphorus> effective Zn> effective Fe> effective Boron> Total N>effective Calcium.Fruit quality of five districts was obtained,among fruit in Yicheng region has the best quality,the highest anthocyanin content and the best integrated evaluation among five districts.
