摘　　要：数字出版的发展对传统出版带来了巨大的冲击和深刻影响,同时也为高校学报的发展带来了前所未有的挑战和机遇。结合我国期刊数字出版的现状,探讨高校学报数字出版转型的必要性和可行性。在高校学报数字出版转型要求下,我们应当从思想观念、能力素质和营销模式方面积极应对。The development of digital publishing has brought profound influence on traditional publishing,re-sulting in unprecedented challenges and opportunities for the development of university journals. After analyz-ing the current situation of periodical digital publishing in China,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibili-ty about the digital publishing transformation of university journals. It maintains that in the background of pub-lishing system reform,our thought system,competence and marketing mode shall be adjusted to meet the re-quirements.
