摘　　要：论文以我国渔政信息化装备设施建设现状、国际和周边的渔业形势、海洋渔业资源保护、渔民权益维护四个方面为切人点,分析了我国渔业安全生产管理面临的严峻形势,并提出加快我国渔政信息化保障能力建设对于扎实推进"平安渔业"建设、维护国家海洋权益、保障渔民生命财产安全的重要意义。同时,对加快渔政信息化保障能力建设的政策依据、应用现状等可行性因素进行了分析。在此基础上,提出我国渔政信息化保障能力建设的目标、重点建设方向以及具体建设内容。The article analyzed the severe situation of Chinese fishery safety production management from the following breakthrough points:the present situation of fishery administration's information equipment in China,the peripheral fishery situation,the protection task of marine fishery resource and fishermen rights.To speed up the construction of fishery administration's information support in China,the article proposed the important significance upon the solid progressing on safe fishery construction,the maintenance on nation's marine rights and interests and the protection on fishermen lives and property.Meanwhile,the article analyzed feasible factors of speeding up the construction of fishery administration's information support,such as policy basis and present application.Based on these methods,the article proposed the target,construction direction and content on strengthen supporting ability of fishery administration's information.
