山东省渔业保险发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：海洋渔业以高投入、高风险为基本特征,需要现代保险业的支持与保障。山东省作为我国的渔业大省,近十年来海洋渔业经济整体呈快速发展趋势。但与之不协调的是,山东省的渔业保险发展缓慢,海洋渔业风险无法得到有效分散和控制,渔民的生命和财产缺少安全保障。文章对青岛市崂山区、黄岛区、城阳区、胶州市在内的4个区市渔业保险发展状况进行实地调研的基础上,从需求、供给和制度建设方面总结了山东省渔业保险发展状况,提出了促进山东省渔业保险健康发展的对策建议。The modern insurance,which can provide sufficient support and guarantee,is very important to the development of marine fishery economy featuring high level of investment and risk. The paper suggests that in Shandong Province,which is in the lead in fishery of China,compared with the rapid development of the marine fishery economy during the recent decade,the development of Shandong Province's fishery insurance has been much slower.As a result,the risk of marine fishery industry can't be dispersed and controlled effectively and the fishermen's life and property lack sufficient economic guarantee.In this paper,the writer summarizes the development status of Shandong Province's fishery insurance from three aspects of demand,supply and system construction,on the basis of field research in Laoshan District,Huangdao District,Chengyang District and Jiaozhou City of Qingdao city,and at last,some suggestions are given to promote the healthy development of Shandong Province's fishery insurance.
