摘　　要：根据上海市相关统计数据,论文采用定性和定量相结合的方法,在对上海渔业生产和渔民收人现状以及变化趋势分析的基础上,认为上海渔民增收面临渔业生产成本较高、产业化水平较低、增收手段较为缺乏以及生产环境恶劣等四个方面的问题,并围绕上海"创新驱动、转型发展"的主题,提出了从政策、市场、发展方式、科技创新、文化、制度等六个方面的途径加快上海渔民增收。According to the Shanghai municipal statistical data,this paper adopts the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative.Based on analysis of Shanghai fishery industry and the income of fishermen status and trend,the paper thinks that Shanghai fisherman's income-increase is faced with four problems:high cost of fishery industry,low level of industrialization,lack of means and rugged environment.Around innovation-driven restructuring and development,the paper puts forward six approaches from policy,market approach,the mode of development,technology innovation,culture and system to accelerate Shanghai fishermen's income.
