再析院校政工人员从事心理咨询工作应该注意的问题

摘　　要：院校中一部分政工人员以思想政治工作者的身份介入心理咨询,成为院校心理咨询的一支重要的力量,通过分析政工人员在从事心理咨询时面临的角色冲突、价值干预、说理教育、专业技能等等问题,提出处理这些问题的原则。Some ideological and political workers in universities and colleges have taken part in psychological counselling,which has promoted the healthy and sustainable development of psychological counselling while having brought about some new problems.This paper has analyzed these problems,such as,role conflict,value interference,persuasion education and professional skills,and proposed some managing principles to deal with them.
