摘  要:某船主机安装调试阶段发现左右主机甩档值均无法达到主机厂家设计要求。通过一系列措施调整主机安装状态,测量、分析主机不同状态甩档值,排除干扰因素,查出导致甩档超差的原因,排除因甩档超差对主机运行不利的可能性。It is found that the crankshaft deflections of left and right engines cannot meet the design requirment from main engine maker when the engines are installed on board one ship. After the adjustment of main engine fixing state by taking series of steps, such as measuring and analyzing crankshaft deflection values in different state, and removing disturbing factors, then the causes of over deflections are found out to eliminate the harmful possibility of engine operating resulting from over deflections.
