摘　　要：海上航行横向补给为船舶编队远洋的重要关键技术之一,也影响着国家海洋安全战略。建立海上补给试验测试与监控系统,实现对补给设备运行的测试,有助于深入了解各设备的性能参数和运行特性,这对我国补给设备及系统的发展具有重大战略意义。Replenishment at sea is the important technology of ocean ships, which can affect the sea safety strategy. The paper establishes the test system and the monitor system of replenishment at sea, which can realize the test and monitor of replenishment equipments. It can help engineer understand the performance parameters and the work characteristic deeply. The equipment development of replenishment at sea has great strategic significance for China.
