优化雪地足球教学过程培养大学生冬季运动习惯

摘　　要：通过对教学过程最优化理论的研究,并以相关体育文件为指导,提出以培养学生运动习惯为教学主线,进而实现"健康第一"的教育观点。学生运动习惯的培养不是单纯的某个教学环节或某个教学方法所能完成的,必须要把它放在整个教学系统中去考虑,以雪地足球课为例,运用"教学过程最优化理论",试图从教学目标、教学内容、教学程序和方法、教学评价等方面进行教学优化,探讨培养大学生运动习惯的方法和途径,为高校雪地足球课教学改革提供一定的参考。By the study of optimizing the teaching process , with the related physical papers as a guide , the pa-per puts forward that we should propose to cultivate students ’ exercise habits as the main line in teaching , in order to realize the education view “ health first”.Cultivating exercise habits of students is not simply a teaching link or teaching method , we must put it into the whole teaching system to consider , such as the les-son of snowfield football , by using “the theory of optimizing teaching process”, trying to optimize from the teaching goal , teaching content , teaching process and method , and teaching evaluation , to discuss cultiva-ting the method and way of university students ’ exercise habits , so as to provide reference for teaching re-form of snowfield football lessons in university .
