摘  要:浙江电网气象防灾决策系统是充分利用气象信息资源为电力设施灾害预警预防和电网运行精细化管理提供决策支持的大型专业化应用系统。系统整合了专业气象数据、雷电数据、电网生产运行等信息资源,采用B/S分层框架设计模式,结合网络主流的富客户端Flex、Flash、J2EE等跨平台技术,实现针对性强的专业电网气象预警防灾高级应用功能。同时,系统配合短信平台,及时发布气象灾害预警信息,为浙江电网安全运行、科学调度、应急指挥提供决策支持。本文对气象信息应用现状及问题、高级应用功能、数据采集和系统平台构架进行了详细的介绍。Zhejiang power grid meteorological disaster prevention decision system is a large-scale professional system which could make full use of meteorological information resources to provide decision support for the management of electric power facilities and power grid disaster early warning and prevention.The system organically integrates the professional meteorological data,lightning data,grid operation and other information resources,uses B/S structure modebased on hierarchical structure design method,combines the cross-platform network mainstream technology rich client Flex,Flash,J2EE,to realize disaster early warning and prevention functions for power grid.Meanwhile.The system act in concert with short message service(SMS)platform,which can issue meteorological disaster early warning information timely,to provide decision support for the safe operation,scientific scheduling,emergency command of power grid in Zhejiang.This paper introduced the current situation and problems of the information application of meteorological advanced functions,data acquisition and system structure.
