摘　　要：国网新源控股有限公司作为调峰调频电源专业化管理公司,面临所属单位分布地域广、生产运行管理水平参差不齐的状况,本文以该公司水电生产管理信息系统建设为背景,阐述了系统运行管理的构成、功能、特点,通过系统推广应用,提高了该公司生产运行管理的标准化、精益化水平,为类似管理工作提供借鉴。As a professional power peaking frequency scheduling company,SG Xin Yuan(State Grid Xin Yuan Company Ltd.)has widely distribute subsidiaries associated with different production operation management performance.Based on the implementation of hydropower production management information systems in SG Xin Yuan,this paper elaborates the structure,functions and properties of the systems operation management,which improve the levels of standardization and lean management for the production operation management in SG Xin Yuan.
