水电生产大修、技术改造项目管理信息化的研究与应用

摘　　要：本文以国网新源控股有限公司水电生产管理信息系统(HPMS)建设为背景,阐述了该公司大修、技术改造项目管理流程,构建了系统大修、技术改造项目储备库管理、计划管理、项目实施管理等功能和标准流程,实现了大修、技术改造项目管理的标准化、信息化,通过系统推广应用,有效规范该公司大修、技术改造项目管理工作,提高了大修、技术改造项目管理水平。Based on the implementation of HPMIS(Hydropower Production Management Information System)in SG Xin Yuan(State Grid Xin Yuan Company Ltd.),this paper elaborates the standard overhauling and technological upgrade plan management,establishes the functions and standard workflow,i.e.,plan repository,annual planning and planning modification, which not only realize and regulate the overhauling and technological upgrade management information systems,but also improve the performance of planning management.
