大集中水电生产管理信息系统应用管理与成效

摘　　要：信息系统的实际应用状况是检验其建设成功与否的重要衡量指标,国网新源控股有限公司适应公司集团化、专业化管理需要,建设了一体化、大集中水电生产管理信息系统,本文介绍了该系统的应用管理措施和应用成果,表明系统应用管理工作措施得当,实用化水平较高,应用效果显著,可供相关信息系统应用管理借鉴。The application performance of information system is crucial to evaluate whether the systems are successful or not.In order to meet the requirements of collectivize and professional management,SG Xin Yuan(State Grid Xin Yuan Company Ltd.)has established the integrated large-scale centralized production management information systems.This paper presents the application management and achievements for the information systems,which shows Xin Yuan HPMS is a highly applicable system,adopts the suitable management skills and achieves good performance.Additionally,SG Xin Yuan HPMS is a good example for other similar information systems.
