摘　　要：国网新源控股有限公司所属单位多、分布地域广,公司上下生产管理信息互动频繁,所属单位间信息交流广泛,为适应公司生产管理沟通的需要,依托该公司水电生产管理信息系统建设,开发建设了一体化生产管理互动信息平台。本文介绍了互动信息平台公告、生产管理典型经验、生产早会、系统应用点评、信息发布与上报、合理化建议和系统应用维护等特色功能,平台功能的推广应用有效促进了该公司生产管理信息系统的实用化,提高了生产管理信息互动效率,提升了生产管理效益,平台建设和应用可供类似信息互动管理借鉴。SG Xin Yuan(State Grid Xin Yuan Company Ltd.)has many widely distributed subsidiaries that require the frequent and vast quantity of production management information interaction.In order to meet the information interaction requirements,we establish an integrated interaction production management information platform based on the HPMS(Hydropower Production Management Information System)in SG Xin Yuan.This paper presents the properties of the interactive information systems,such as bulletin board,typical production management experience,application review,information release and report,rational suggestion and system application maintenance.The widespread applications of this platform promotes the production management information systems,improves the production management information interactive efficiency and effectiveness.The implementation and application of the platform is a good example to other interactive information management systems.
