摘　　要：国网新源控股有限公司水电生产管理信息系统(HPMS)采用大集中方式部署,本文描述了系统运维的组织体系、运维方式、运维制度及运维流程,提出了系统运维重点工作,可供大集中部署信息系统运维工作借鉴。This paper elaborates the organization structure,operation modes,maintenance regulations,workflow processes and key jobs of maintenance management in SG Xin Yuan(State Grid Xin Yuan Company Ltd.)based on the large-scale centralized architecture of HPMIS(Hydropower Production Management Information System),which is a very important example to other large-scale centralized information.
