摘 要:文章针对兰州铁路局管内牵引变电所功率因数低导致调整电费支出较多的问题,开展牵引变电所无功补偿装置技术改造,将牵引变电所固定电容无功补偿分别改为降压式、晶闸管相控电抗器、有级调压式、磁控电抗器无功动态补偿方式,有效提高牵引变电所功率因数。各种无功动态补偿装置改造后的经济效果不同,有必要比较牵引变电所无功补偿装置改造后的效果,合理对待牵引变电所无功补偿装置改造中存在的问题,正确评价牵引变电所无功动态补偿装置技术经济效果。通过牵引变电所无功补偿技术改造,使牵引变电所功率因数达到0.9以上,有效减少牵引变电所电费支出。In view of the low power factor of traction substation in Lanzhou railway administration,leading to the adjust-ment of electricity spending,the technical renovation has been made for traction substation reactive power compensation equipment,namely change the fixed traction substation capacitor reactive power compensation respectively to the buck type,thyristor phased reactor,step of surge tank type,magnetic control reactor reactive power dynamic compensation mode,and effectively improve the traction substation power factor.However the economic effect after renovation of vari-ous reactive power dynamic compensation device is different,it is necessary to compare the effect after renovation of trac-tion substation reactive power compensation device,problems existing in renovation of traction substation reactive power compensation device shall be reasonably treated and the technical and economic effect of traction substation reactive pow-er dynamic compensation device is given a correct assessment.Through traction substation reactive power compensation technology renovation,traction substation power factor reaches 0.9 or above.This has effectively reduced traction sub-station electricity expenses.
