摘 要:文章详细分析高速铁路噪声的特点,介绍相关铁路噪声传播的计算理论方法、铁路噪声的预测方法,介绍铁路噪声的声屏障插入损失的计算方法,分析国内外相关高速铁路噪声限值标准情况。在国内的铁路噪声相关规范中,铁路干线两侧区域为4b类,是噪声要求最低的类型,说明铁路噪声影响大而又控制困难。我国新建铁路干线边界噪声限值按昼间70 dB(A)、夜间60 dB(A)执行。日本新建线路昼夜噪声限值为60 dB(A)、55 dB(A);欧洲铁路昼夜噪声限值分别介于55~73 dB(A)、45~66 dB(A),新建线路需要降低5~10 dB;美国采用室外72 dB(h),室内52 dB(h)的要求。相比于国外的环境噪声要求,我国的铁路噪声控制要求相对偏低。The character of noise of high speed railway is analyzed in detail and the calculation theory and method of rail-way noise propagation as well as forecast method of railway are introduced in the paper.The calculation method of noise insertion loss was introduced too.The codes on limits value of high speed railway at home and abroad is detailedly ana-lyzed.According to the codes about the railway noise,the region along the railway line is defined as type 4b,a lowest value of noise contral,which shows the huge effects and difficult control of the railway noise.The noise limited values of the region along the new artery railway are 70 dB (A)in daytime and 60 dB (A)at night in China,noise limited values of the region along the new railway are 60dB (A)in daytime and 55 dB (A)at night in Japan and the noise limited val-ues of the region along the new railway are 55 ~73 dB (A)in daytime and 45 ~66 dB (A)at night in European.The noise limited values of the region are 72 dB(h)outside and 52 dB(h)inside.Comparing with the requirement of noise control abroad,the limit values of our railway noise are quite high.
