九节龙皂甙体内的抗肿瘤作用

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察川产九节龙皂甙二种新化合物 (AR1 ,AR2 )在动物体内的抗肿瘤作用。 [方法 ]体内接种 4株小鼠移植性肿瘤细胞 (S1 80 ,EAC ,B1 6,HEPA)于腋部皮下 ,次日分组给药 ,1 0日内每天腹腔注射给药一次 ,计算各组小鼠平均瘤重和抑瘤率。 [结果 ]九节龙皂甙能抑制小鼠肉瘤和小鼠艾氏腹水癌肿瘤细胞的生长 ,抑瘤率 2 5 %～ 38% ;AR1 对小鼠黑色素瘤和AR2 对小鼠肝癌有一定的抗肿瘤作用。 [结论 ]川产九节龙皂甙能抑制S1 80 、EAC、B1 6和HEPA小鼠移植性肿瘤的生长 ,具有抗肿瘤作用。Objective]To study the internal anticancer action of the two new saponins (pusilloside Ⅰand pusilloside Ⅱ) isolated from Ardisia pusilla A.DC produced in SICHUAN Province, China.[Methods]Four species of implantable cancer cells (S 180 , EAC, B 16 and HEPA) were implanted subcutaneously into the axillas in mice. On the next day, the implanted mice were grouped, and the saponins were administered intraperitoneally once a day for ten days. The cancer lumps in mice were isolated and weighed, and the cancer inhibitions were calculated on the day ten of administration for individual groups.[Results]The two saponins inhibited the growth of EAC and S 180 cancer cells with the inhibition of 25～38%; pusilloside Ⅰ was shown to inhibit melanoma, and pusilloside Ⅱ inhibited HEPA to some extent.[Conclusion]The two saponins from Ardisia pusilla were shown to have anticancer action on the four tested species of implantable cancer cells.
