摘 要:为了提高电气化铁路受电弓和接触网间能量传输的效率,减少弓网电弧对接触网、受电弓、机车和环境等的破坏性影响,需要有效抑制弓网系统中的电弧产生。通过说明电弧的概念及电弧离线率的计算方法,详细分析导致弓网电弧的接触电阻、弓网分离和受电弓升降等因素,基于国内外通用的电气化铁路设计标准和规范,分别从设计优化、遵守材料及设备标准、提高施工精度、强化测试和检测要求、改善受电弓性能、优化车载变压器6个方面细致阐述抑制接触网电弧的措施,以抑制电弧产生,保障受电弓和接触网的良好受流。Effective control of electric arc in pantograph-catenary system is needed to improve the transmission of energy between pantograph and catenary of electrified railway and reduce the frustrating effect on catenary,pantograph,engine and environment from electric arc.Through description of the concept of electric arc and calculation of the contact loss rate of electric arc,the paper analyses in detail the factors that lead to the contact resistance from electric arc,separation of pantograph and catenary and lifting of pantograph.Based on standards and specifications of UIC,EN,GB,TB com-monly used at home and abroad,six measures,including design optimization,observation of standards in the use of ma-terials and equipment,improvement of workmanship,strengthening of testing and inspection,perfecting of performance of pantograph and optimization of vehicle-mounted transformer,are given detailed description on the control of electric arc,which ensures a sound feeding between pantograph and catenary.
