摘 要:基于动态电容技术为测量原理,设计了一种采用振动式电容传感器来获取空间电场感应电荷的数字电场测量仪.本套电场测量仪的探头体积小,且可同时采集空间某一点处3维方向电场的感应电荷,测量频率可达200 Hz,并通过模拟电路、数字电路以及单片机数字平滑滤波运算等多种信号处理方式来改善检测结果的响应.该套电场测量仪因其探头体积小,可多点采样,采样频率高,抗干扰性能高的特点,能更好地适用于大尺度极端大气环境下的电场测量.Based on the dynamic capacitance measurement principle, an electric field measuring instrument using a miniature vibrating capacitive sensor as the probe was designed. With the miniature three-dimensional probe, this electric field measuring instrument can get induced charge from the ambient electric field at a point in a three-dimensional direction. It also has a variety of signal processing methods to improve the response of the signal by setting off analog circuits, digital circuits, and a single-chip digital smoothing filter operation. This electric field instrument can be used under extreme and large scale atmospheric environments to measure the electric field, with features such as multi-point sampling, high-frequency sampling, and high performance of anti-jamming.
