摘 要:通过对铁路主要站段生产污水处理现状及污水资源化利用的调查分析,得知铁路站段污水由于处理工艺和管理等不够完善,处理水质难以长期稳定地用于生产或绿化。对此,本研究提出了减少对自来水的消耗、降低生产成本的污水资源化利用工艺方案;论证了实现站段污水资源化利用,可获得较好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益;污水处理与资源化利用有利于铁路站段和社会的可持续发展,对铁路行业实施污水零排放具有重要意义。Through the investigation and analysis on wastewater treatment status and sewage resource utilization of the main railway stations,the fact that the treated wastewater was not easy to use in the production or green for long-term stability was recognized due to not too perfect sewage treatment process and management.Accordingly,the new process scheme of sewage resource utilization was proposed for reducing water consumption and decreasing production costs.Economic,social and environmental benefits of sewage resource utilization were demonstrated.The wastewater treatment and sewage resource utilization was conducive to the sustainable development of railway-station segment and society and it provides an important significance for the implementation of zero discharge of sewage in the railway industry.
