摘 要:目的介绍形状记忆弓齿钉在踝关节融合术中的应用经验及临床效果。方法总结分析2006年5月~2011年12月笔者应用该技术进行的18例踝关节融合术患者的临床资料,并对患者进行随访评定。结果 18例患者均获随访,未出现血管神经损伤,伤口均一期愈合。17例患者关节融合稳定,残留轻度疼痛和功能限制;1例关节融合稳定,残留中度疼痛,中度跛行或功能限制。结论形状记忆弓齿钉固定是进行踝关节融合手术时一种比较理想的固定方法,其特点是创伤小、固定牢固、融合时间短,值得临床推广。Objective To introduce application experience and clinical effect of Shape Memory Alloy Bow-Teeth Screws. Methods To analyze the clinical data from 18 arthrodesis patients to whom we applied this technology during May 2006 to December 2011. Results 18 patients had been followed up, whose wounds were primary healing without vascular nerve damage. 17 cases of joint fusion were stable, with mild pain and functional limitations; 1 cases of joint fusion also kept stable, with moderate pain, moderate claudication and functional limitations. Conclusion Shape Memory Alloy Bow-Teeth Screws is a more ideal fixing method for ankle fusion surgeries. It has characters worth clinical promotion as small trauma, firm fixation, and short fusion time.
