弹性髓内针在儿童股骨干骨折中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨弹性髓内针治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法采用弹性髓内针治疗22例儿童股骨干骨折,并随访患者术后并发症发生情况以及关节功能恢复情况。结果随访10~18个月,按照Flynn评分标准,本组病例术后恢复情况:优:18例,良:4例。所有病例均无骨感染、断针、拔针后再骨折现象。结论弹性髓内针是治疗儿童股骨干骨折的一种有效方法,具损伤小、不干扰骨折断端局部血运、不损伤骨骺、患肢功能恢复快及并发症少等优点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nailing for femoral shaft fractures in children. Methods 22 children patients of femoral shaft fractures were treatmented by flexible intramedullary nail, and the children were follow up to understand the postoperative complications, recovery of joint function. Results According to Flynn's scoring criteria about postoperative recovery to assess recovery condition of the patients after followed up 10 to 18 months. The results showed that 18 cases were excellent recovery condition and 4 cases was good. And all patients had no delayed union and nonunion, bone infections, broken needles, re-fracture after take internal fixation. Conclusion Flexible Intramedullary Nail is an effective treatment for femoral shaft fractures of children. This technique has many advantages, including small injury, no influence on local blood circulation, no damage the epiphyseal, limb functional recovery faster and fewer complications.
