摘  要:目的:研究呼吸重症监护病房非铜绿假单胞菌感染特征和耐药性,以便为重症监护病房的医护人员合理选择抗菌药物提供可靠信息,从而有效预防及控制院内感染。方法:选取57例呼吸重症监护病房的住院患者作为研究对象,并对其资料进行临床回顾性分析。结果:一共分离出99株非铜绿假单胞菌,其中以嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌最多,达62株,其次为27株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌;痰标本为主要标本来源,占据比例为93株;根据药物敏感试验得出,通常非铜绿假单胞菌对于绝大多抗菌药物,都有极强的耐药性。结论:以嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌与洋葱伯克霍尔德菌为非铜绿假单胞菌的主要构成,且以下呼吸道为主要的感染途径,非铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性极强,因此必须合理选择敏感药物,谨慎用于临床治疗。Objective To analyze the respiratory intensive care unit for features and drug resistance of Non Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection,so as to provide reliable information on reasonable choice of antibacterial drugs and effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection.Method We selected 57 cases of respiratory intensive care unit patients as research object in our hospital from November 2010 to January 2012.The data was analyzed retrospectively.Results We have separated out 99 strains of non pseudomonas aeruginosa in total.Most of them were single malt narrow food,they were 62 strains.Then next,there were 27 strains of Onions burke bacteria.Sputum samples as the main source of specimens,occupied a ratio of 93 to plants.According to the drug sensitive experiment,we concluded that usually the non pseudomonas aeruginosa had extremely strong resistance to most of anti-virus medicine.Conclusion Onions burke bacteria and narrow malt form afterbirth fungus food are the main ingredients of pseudomonas aeruginosa.They are infected mainly through the lower respiratory tract.Their resistance is extremely strong.Therefore,we must select sensitive drugs rationally and use them in clinical work carefully.
