高压氧在直肠肛管周围脓肿术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高压氧在直肠肛管周围脓肿术后的疗效。方法:将40例直肠肛管周围脓肿患者随机分为高压氧组和对照组,两组均进行脓肿主灶切开、对口引流或脓肿切开根治手术和换药处理,高压氧组另加高压氧治疗。治疗后对两组临床疗效进行分析评价。结果:术后平均创面愈合时间,高压氧组为(22.6±1.47)d,对照组(25.3±1.45)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高压氧组创面渗出和组织水肿程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:直肠肛管周围脓肿术后配合高压氧治疗,可以有效促进伤口愈合、减少炎性反应,缩短住院时间。Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on postoperative perianorectal abscess.Method 40 patients of perianorectal abscess were randomly divided into therapy group and control group.Besides the conventional clinical treatment,the experimental group was also added hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The curative effects of two groups were evaluated.Results Wound healing time in the therapy group(22.6±1.47d)was significantly shorter than that of control group(25.3±1.45d)(P<0.01).Degree of wounded surface exudation and tissue edema in the therapy group was significantly slighter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy after operation can effectively promote wound healing,reduce inflammatory reaction,shorten the length of stay in patients with perianorectal abscess.
