比索洛尔联合红花黄色素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察比索洛尔联合红花黄色素对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将52例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(26例)和对照组(26例),对照组进行常规治疗,给予抗血小板、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、硝酸酯类等药物。观察组在对照组基础上加用比索洛尔和红花黄色素注射液。观察两组患者治疗前后的心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及实验室指标的变化。结果:观察组心绞痛、心电图疗效均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组治疗前后血、尿常规、肝、肾功能、血糖血脂、电解质均无明显变化。结论:比索洛尔联合红花黄色素可明显改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of bisoprolol combined with safflower yellow pigment treatment for unstable angina pectoris in treatment of unstable angina(UA).Method 56 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group(26 cases) and control group(26 cases).The combined treatment group added bisoprolol plus safflower yellow pigment injection on the basic of routine treatment.The improvement of clinical symptom,electrocardiogram and laboratory indexes before and after treatment in two groups was observed.Results The treatment group compared with the control group of patients with symptoms of angina and ECG were significantly improved(P<0.05).The two groups before and after treatment,blood and urine routine,liver function renal function,blood glucose and blood lipid,and electrolytes were not significantly changed.Conclusion Bisoprolol and safflower yellow pigment can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with UA.
