足趾侧方游离皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨足趾侧方游离皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院治疗的34例手指软组织缺损患者的临床资料,根据修复手术方法分为治疗组和对照组,各17例,其中治疗组患者采用足趾侧方游离皮瓣修复治疗,对照组患者采用动脉化静脉皮瓣修复治疗,比例两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:随访6个月后,治疗组优6例,良7例,可3例,差1例,优良率为76.47%,对照组优3例,良7例,可4例,差3例,优良率58.82%,两组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用足趾侧方游离皮瓣修复术手指软组织缺损,临床疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the clinical curative effect for digit lateral free flap in the repair of finger soft tissue defect.Methods:The clinical data of 34 patients with finger soft tissue defect were taken for retrospective analysis.According to the surgery repair methods,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group(n=17),the treatment group was treated with digit lateral free flap\repair treatment,and the control group patients was taken with arterialized venous skin flap repair treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment was compared.Results:After followed up for 6 months,the excellent in the treatment group was in 6 cases,and 7 cases were good,the acceptable was in 3 cases,poor was in 1 case,fine rate was 76.47%.In the control group,excellent was in 3 cases,7 cases were good,4 cases were acceptable,3 cases were poor,and the fine rate was 58.82%,there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of digits lateral free flap repair of finger soft tissue defect is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
